Butterfly Workshops offered by the BTC Butterfly Team introduce participants to The Butterfly I. The focus in these workshops is on specific physical movements in support of grounding and balance as preparation of personal expansion. Since The Butterfly can be practiced alone or in cooperation with other disciplines participation does not require prior experience. Prior experience may however affect the way the participant experiences The Butterfly as an individual. These workshops will be given designed to serve as a single experience or as preparation for the weekly training program.
A variety of additional workshops are available in support of The Butterfly. These will be designed to serve the needs of participants and their level of experience regarding movement; physical, energetic and philosophical.
Butterfly I Workshop
A 2.5 hour workshop designed to teach the basic Butterfly movement from left to right, including the opening and close. Attention will be brought to key points regarding posture, breathing and short exercises to support the experience of the movement.
This workshop is also available on Skype through special request only. Be aware that this may cause an adjustment to the length of time and that it may be necessary to meet more than once.
